A £50 deposit is required when booking appointments, this is taken at the time of booking and will secure your appointment for the requested treatment. This deposit is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
The rest of your payment will be taken on the day of your treatment. This will be accepted via card, cash or bank transfer.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to make another £50 deposit for a new booking. If you wish to reschedule your appointment this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will face the risk of one of the following:
- Your treatment will be cancelled, therefore losing your deposit.
- Treatment time will be deducted.
Appointments are confirmed by us via email once the deposit has been paid. If a deposit has not been received, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to both our beauticians and other clients. Giving notice of 48 hours will enable us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time and also allow us to free up time for other clients waiting to book their appointment.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
EvoSkin reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Please ensure you have read all the above information correctly before paying your deposit. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is successfully received.
